STC commenced in june 1999 to deliver IT related services to business and community clients in North East Victoria.

Since successfully completing the construction of Alpinelink, (www.alpinelink.com.au) an internet portal for the Alpine and Valleys region of North East Victoria, STC has broadened its business horizons and services by providing expanded computer and internet services to the area as well as networking with other companies to provide improved internet, marketing and communications services nationally.
